By completing our online form, you are submitting a request to use our Freetime Premium SMS events service, whether originally requested by yourself or someone else, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms & Conditions.
The Service

The Freetime SMS Sign Up is a subscription service where you will be reversed-billed by your mobile network operator for receiving SMS text alerts for up and coming events in the areas you signed up for. The maximum number of texts you receive per week will again be based on what you signed up for. You may not receive the maximum weekly text messages you requested as this will depend very much on the event organisers adding new events to our system. You must be resident in the UK.

The Content
Authorised event organisers will be able to add events to our system and will not be liable for any errors made in the content, however care will be taken to minimise this occurring. Once the event organiser adds an event to our system it will automatically send a reversed-billed SMS text to the subscribers that match the criteria of event and location. Freetime cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of these reversed-billed SMS texts when there are many reasons beyond our control as to why this might occur. A subscriber is only billed for what is received on their mobile handset therefore there is no refund situation.

Cost
Our reversed-billed 1 off sign up fee premium text message costs 25p + your standard network rate. If you are on a pay-as-you contract with your mobile network operator and you have zero credit on your account then you will not receive our reversed-billed sign up premium text. If you are not the bill payer, you must get permission from the bill payer before using our service.

All profits made from our reversed-billed premium texts are invested back into the Freetime project.

Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at anytime by going to http://www.freetimeyouth.org/unsubscribe.asp on our website. Enter your email address that you subscribed with and your mobile number and you will be automatically removed from our subscription list. Alternatively, you can text STOP to 83010. If you feel you are receiving these reversed-billed premium texts in error, please contact us immediately using the details below.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
Our subscriber's information will not be passed on to any other third party without the permission from the subscriber. Every effort has been made to meet the Data Protection Act 1984 conditions.

Security
All our subscriber's information contained within our computer systems is stored securely. All hardware and software systems are updated regularly for maximum security.
